Counseling has been included in Audiology curricula in the US for more than 20 years (the first course was offered by Central Michigan University in 1996), but the specialty area has little documentation from those who teach it. The following faculty contributions share thoughts on the teaching process and learning objectives, as well as questions we still need to address:
